The Enneagram is like an onion with many layers of meaning. A fascinating layer is the strange symbol, with its various lines and shapes. Within its four shapes are embedded spiritual principles that point us toward and beyond our Essential Selves. There also are numbers related to these shapes that hold mystical meanings. In the Sacred Geometry of the Enneagram, we will explore these shapes and numbers as pathways to deepening our understanding of the spirituality that lives within the symbol.  We will then reflect upon how we can apply these mystical meanings to our lives. This Zoom session will include presentations, personal reflection, and small and large group discussion. All are welcome regardless of previous experience with the Enneagram.

Meet your presenter Scott McRae

Scott McRae has been an avid student of the Enneagram since 1996, and of spirituality for as long as he can remember. He has been teaching Enneagram classes in corporate, educational, and faith settings for 18 years. He currently works with Fairview Health Services as a Clinical Pastoral Educator. His professional journey has taken him from parish and campus ministries, and into healthcare as a chaplain, pastoral educator, and department director. He and his wife Melanie also run Sojourners Institute through which they offer individual spiritual direction, spiritual direction training, yoga classes, and various workshops and programs on spiritual development.
