![]() | Aspen Resler (They/them) As a lifelong student of the Enneagram, I first began reading about the types as an 11-year-old "baby 5" Today, I integrate that long-term curiosity into my work as a mental health professional, ceramicist, and coach at Enneagram Outfitters, my father’s business. I see the Enneagram as a tool for both precision and molding—much like clay. It allows for a nuanced understanding of the self and those around us that honors each of our complexities. While I’ve always valued self-awareness, this system has provided the most profound framework for my personal growth and my ability to connect deeply with myself and others. I love engaging with this dynamic and wholehearted Enneagram community, and I look forward to the ways we will continue to learn and grow together. |

| Stephanie mcgovern (She/Her) I’ve studied the Enneagram for over 20 years and continue to be inspired by its depth and insight. When I first discovered I was an Enneagram 3, it was embarrassing and also a relief. Through the help of the Enneagram, my focus has slowly shifted from "improving and accomplishing" to developing presence, compassion and living with more joy and ease. In my professional life as a coach, teacher, and facilitator, the Enneagram helps me meet people where they are and more easily guide them where they want to go. On a personal note, the Enneagram helps me become more aware of when I am disconnected from my heart...then provides guidance to return to a more grounded, openhearted, spacious way of being. In 2010, I had the privilege of completing Anne Murée’s Full Circle certification training. Over the years I have also learned from a variety of other Enneagram teachers, each deepening my awareness in different ways. I’m deeply grateful for the Enneagram community and the ongoing opportunities for connection and growth—it’s clear we need each other to stay awake to who we truly are. |
