This workshop will take the participants through physical exercises, movements that are designed to express the energies, ideas and feelings of each of the types. The Enneagram is not designed to place you in a type box. The Enneagram is designed to teach us about the importance of each center and how to align them. Too often we sit in a chair, listen and intellectualize the ideas around these energies. The feeling through movement and sensation can bring a new level of understanding to the Types and ourselves.

Please show up in comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring your own water bottle (no drinks or snacks will be provided). You are invited to wear a mask, but not required. 

Meet your Presenter

Peter Thibado has been practicing martial arts for 45 years and holds the rank of 9th Degree Grand Master. Peter has been a student of the Enneagram for more than 20 years and served on the Enneagram Institute Part 2 training staff for about 12 years. This workshop was developed from his Book, "The Way of the Bold Ones" available on Amazon.
